What Do I Need?

To be a mystery shopper, you need a good grasp of written and spoken English, along with strong observational skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback. It’s important that you have an understanding of what constitutes quality customer service and possess the ability to recognise & report on it.

How Much Time?

Typically not long. Our assessments may take as little as 15 minutes, though some are more in-depth & longer. When you accept an assessment from us, you receive a detailed brief & instructions. During your assessment, you follow your brief closely. You then usually have 24 hours to fill in your report & submit your findings. Done!
